From Harrogate to the seaside
Seventy began in Harrogate and grew the way good firms do: through great outcomes for clients and word of mouth. A lot of that word of mouth came from Merseyside and Lancashire, which is why we opened our second office in Birkdale, Southport.
Birkdale suits us. Its village of independent shops, its Victorian villas and the championship links on the edge of the dunes make it a place people settle, retire to and stay. Southport’s Lord Street and pier are a few minutes up the road.
